Ibdaa depends on both local and international volunteers to help us provide quality programming for the children, youth and women in Dheisheh. As a grassroots organization we rely on volunteers from the local community who regularly contribute their time and energy to Ibdaa. Our volunteers coach sports teams, run summer camps, lead art activities, organize public education campaigns on health and human rights, and much, much more.

Many international volunteers also contribute to our work. They help us with donations of equipment for our programs, fundraising efforts from their home countries, organizing tours for the Ibdaa Dance Troupe, and visiting Dheisheh while teaching classes and learning about the situation for refugees in Palestine.
